SEMIL-2047GC is an extreme-rugged, IP69K-rated dustproof and waterproof edge AI platform in a 2U 19-inch rack-mount form factor. Neousys’ thermal design gives it fanless wide-temperature operation from -40°C to 70°C, sustaining GPU performance up to its 58°C throttling point. An NVIDIA L4 GPU provides up to 2.5x the performance of a Tesla T4.
The chassis is corrosion-proof stainless steel and aluminium to counteract moisture and salinity, and the I/O uses M12 connectors for rugged connection under shock and vibration: seven Ethernet ports including two 10GbE, four 802.3at PoE+ ports supplying 25.5 W per port, two isolated CAN 2.0 ports with SocketCAN support, and two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C ports with DisplayPort alternate mode.
Internally it takes up to 128 GB of DDR5 4800 memory, an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, two 2.5-inch SATA drives with RAID 0/1, and mini-PCIe and M.2 sockets for 5G/4G and Wi-Fi. Power is 8 V to 48 V DC with reverse-polarity protection and built-in ignition control, and the system is MIL-STD-810H compliant.
