Privacy notice
This is the English version of our privacy notice under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). If the two differ, the Turkish text applies.
1. Who is responsible
Leo Drive Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Leo Drive") processes your personal data as data controller, as described below.
2. What we collect
- Identity: name and surname, tax number, and your Turkish ID number when an invoice requires it.
- Contact: delivery and invoice address, email address, phone number and company.
- Requests and orders: what you send us through the contact, support and quote forms, your order history and cart.
- Security: IP address and website access logs.
- Payment: payment method and invoice amount. We never store card details.
3. Card payments
Card details are never stored, recorded or visible on Leo Drive's systems. Payments are processed by iyzico (İyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., licensed by the BDDK and the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye) on infrastructure that meets the PCI-DSS Level 1 standard, and reach the bank encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
4. Why we use it
To answer your enquiries and quote requests, process orders, issue invoices and keep our accounts, deliver products by courier, provide after-sales support and warranty service, meet our legal obligations and keep our systems secure.
5. Who we share it with
Only as far as needed: courier and logistics companies to deliver your order, iyzico and the banks involved to collect payments, our financial advisers and auditors for financial audits, and public authorities when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and visit statistics
The website sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as your session, language and cart. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask us whether we process your personal data and, if we do, for information about it; learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to; have incomplete or incorrect data corrected; and have it deleted or destroyed.
